Exercise vs food?

 

Exercise v/s Food. what is more important ?

1. What’s more important: Workout or food?

They are both equally as important and the reality is if you are only able to get on top of one these then you will never get the ultimate results that you are looking for.

I always say that it’s much better to be an 8 out of 10 in both than 10 out of 10 in one and the other neglected. When you focus equally on training and nutrition, it is more powerful than a case of 1+1=2, it is 1+1= 3.

2. Do you like the keto diet?

No. I’m all about low-carb not no carb and I don’t like extreme approaches that aren’t sustainable.

3. What type of training burns the most fat?

HIIT! This is why 28 is designed around this philosophy and gets such amazing results.

4. How much water should I drink, can I still drink coffee and is alcohol really bad?

Have warm water first thing in morning. When it comes to water, try and get up to Five to six  liters of water every day.  Alcohol should be totally avoided and its not at all good for your health.

Tea and coffee can be taken in moderate, if your focus is on loosing weight dont add milk to tea or coffee. Herbal tea is recommended for slimming.

Turmeric milk can be taken, very useful for good sleep and is considered as anti inflammatory. have a cup of hot milk mixed with a pinch of turmeric or saffron.

 

Exercise has its own benefits

As said above exercise and food both are important, however if your purpose is loosing weight then I would suggest Yoga and Brisk walk.

Many people are confused its better to Jog or Walk. I prefer brisk walking with moderate cardio workouts.

Exercise is equally important for your overall well being and mental alertness.

Even house hold chores can be considered as good exercise, just change your mind set to make it work for you. Whenever you are doing your cleaning or washing think at the back of the mind that your body is moving and you are burning calories. this awareness itself is enough for you to get the benefits.
